The 2nd bedroom /double bed also offers garden doors leading to a private deck in the Courtyard. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, Second 60”TV in family rm. with Gas Fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with necessary condiments supplied, gas appliances & gas bbq, 2 fire pit tables , 3 decks with cosy outdoor furniture, all cushions, and pillows & throws supplied ,free parking, fire pit in backyard( wood supplied) gazebo with seating and a “Jacuzzi “built for two, towels and snuggle blankets also supplied for your enjoyment. Full beach access with stairs that lead down to a sandy beach unbelievably breathtaking. Also 4th fire pit ( wood suppled ) with seating. *Please note fires are only permitted during certain low risk times of the year.( * Please note second bedroom is available for guest travelling as friends and would like the option of not sharing a room. It is not meant to increase the number of guests staying in the home. There is a maximum of two guests only ) there will be no exceptions please see house rules. This is strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
