Lake & Vine Villa has 3 levels and sleeps 12 comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms feature closets, dressers, full-length mirrors, window shades and cozy “alternative down” comforters.

The main floor has hardwood floors throughout with a well-stocked kitchen with Caesar stone countertops, gas range and a counter height island with 4 bar stools. The dining table seats 8 (leaf stored in the basement utility closet). The living area has a 65” TV, Bluetooth surround sound, gas fireplace, sofa, and 3 chairs. There is also a half bath for guests’ use. This level also features a large 10’ deck overlooking the city of Chelan; another unique feature of this home is a large 800 square foot private backyard patio with a gas fire pit, grill, and a large dining table and chairs.

On the top level of the house, there are hardwood floors throughout, with two bedrooms, a small media room with a 40” TV and daybed (this in not a bedroom), and a desk and office chair. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, with one bedroom hosting a king bed and the other hosting a queen bed.

The carpeted daylight basement level of the home features a bedroom with a king bed and a bunk room with two built-in full-over queen bunk beds. This level also has a large media room with a deep, comfortable Crate and Barrel sectional, a 75” TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and Xbox ONE. On this level, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and a laundry room with a large capacity front-loading side-by-side washer and dryer. The outside patio features a ping-pong table in the summer months.
