Adequate facility for budget visit. Breakfast was not as good at this location as other Wingate's. Had an issue with the room cleanliness the first night, but they were helpful in moving us to another room. Needed to check out early and are waiting on the promised refund.

Great location. Was there for a ball tournament. I could walk to shopping or food. Breakfast was good and everyone I came in contact with was very professional Liked the many locked doors to get in

Very outdated and felt dirty .The bathroom door had a metal plate across the middle of the door. We assume someone may have tried putting their fist through it. Any repair work was not done correctly i.e., an electrical outlet hole was larger than the plate, drywall work around the door was not sanded down and was painted over.

Not bad for an overnight

The hotel is older and there are something’s that date that. Like the wall switches are off and some plugs don’t work. The bed was mostly comfortable although it hurt my hips my husband slept great. Great pillows! Breakfast was just ok. If you have any dietary restrictions you might be challenged. Not a great variety they did try Front desk staff was very pleasant

I stayed at the wrong hotel!

The condition of our room was horrible. We were great with a smell that reminded me of damp decay. There was a light fixture hanging from the ceiling and the mini fridge screeched all night. I will not stay here again. For the price I expected a lot nicer accommodations.

The hotel was ok. Definitely needs updating & some repairs. The bed WAS however super comfortable, but the bathroom had some issues — the fan didn’t work, the shower head holder was missing completely (so showering was difficult as you had to hold the shower sprayer the whole time) and the shelf & counter top appeared to have been falling off & just caulked to close the large gap between the wall. One of the staff members was far from friendly (main one on duty during the stay) I pray she was just having an off week, I get it sometimes things happen. The other staff we dealt with seemed friendly though. Breakfast was ok, was good for basic hot breakfast. Ice makers were only located on floors 2 & 5 which was a bit inconvenient being on the 3rd floor having to go back & forth between multiple floors, would’ve been better if one was on the main level at least.

This place needs some TLC. It’s an older Wingate. If not, it’ll soon be a “Quality Inn.” The door to the room was noisy and would stick when you opened it. Paint was coming off the ceiling over the shower in the bathroom. But the water pressure was great in the shower. Typically, the staff at these places is doing their job. They just need corporate money to renovate.
