We absolutely loved this hotel, from the unique furniture to the absolute spotless cleanliness! It is in a great location, many, many restaurants and bars and so close to Lookout Mountain. Only got to stay 2 nights, but definitely planning to go back and spend a longer stay!

We originally booked the Street Car suite to stay in and when we checked in, it was having maintenance, so they upgraded us to the larger suite inside the hotel and it was very nice. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in a hotel. We didn't take advantage of the pool because the weather wasn't very nice. It was walking distance to restaurants and bars nearby. The coffee shop in the hotel was convenient.

No hand soap in bathroom. Room very dark. Needs more lights. Shower door would not stay closed. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Ice bucket provided by staff had no liner and drinking glasses were not covered or wrapped. Sanitation questionable.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Plenty of things to do within walking distance.
