This is my second stay here, the forst one was great, this one not so great, mainly for the customer service front desk being extremely rude, the tv in our room, and phone in our room did not work. When I called the front desk from my cellphone, she purposely didn't answer. I zent my husband down to the front desk to let her know, and she basically said there's nothing I can do about it. Well for a $100 additional deposit, on top of room charges and fees, I expect everything to work, so I don't get blamed and wronfully charged. Front desk with red bangs needs an attitude adjustment.
