I selected the room option that included the valet parking in the total cost. I confirmed at check in that the valet was included. I reviewed my account today to see that I was charged any additional cost for the parking. I do not understand how I can prepay for parking and then be charge again at check out. I will not be staying at a hoy that double dips.

No heat in the room when we arrived. Had to send the tech up, the system was off and the thermostat wasn't working. The heater was on and off all night, on 90 seconds, off 30. Would be a problem except for the loud noise it made. Other than that, the room was fine.
