Everything was great room was spacious bed comfy . An added plus with the breakfast . I did see a roach crawling up the wall behind the tv , I know these things happen but otherwise nice quiet hotel there’s a pretty field beside the hotel you can go for a walk .

Starting with the good: they use sealed mattress covers. The floors are vinyl rather than carpet. Wonderful! The bad. The room is neglected, worn and run down. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. There was rust on the fridge door and the bedside lights. The door security latch was broken. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked and had water damage/swelling. The handle for the sink water supply just lifts off. Just very poorly maintained. Even a cursory inspection of the rooms would identify these issues. This is not peak season. There were no more than 8 cars in the parking lot. Now is the time to pay attention to the details. We expect much more from Choice Hotels. Disappointing.

My room was okay. The staff were polite and professional. The only thing that bothered me was that darn pool. Like seriously I get the season for pool time is over but why not get it cleaned out. The pool site was just nasty, other than that, it's a fairly decent place for 2 nights.
