The chalet comprises 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with wood-burning stove and access to a large terrace.
The chalet is ideally suited for 8 adults and two or more children.
The chalet has its own private, gated, roadside parking lot, as well as a parking area. Access to the chalet itself is ON FOOT ONLY, via a 98-step staircase with wooden sleepers.
The chalet (altitude 1200 m.), situated high up with the main facade facing south, enjoys a fine view over the Abondance valley to the right, the village of Châtel to the left, the nearby mountains (2000 m.) and, in the background, the Swiss chain (Dents du Midi, Tour Salière - 3300 m.). Built using traditional Savoyard methods, the chalet sits on a concrete slab and is made entirely of wood planks, an authentic, insulating and particularly warm material.1.2 km on foot, by car or by free municipal shuttle bus to the village center (12 trips/day at set times during the winter season).
