Upgraded room to get balcony but when I got there, it was ground level room, no balcony. When I went to front desk to show receipt that I paid for balcony room, they told me that my patio area is the same thing. That’s not the same thing. Patio and balcony are too different things. If I wanted ground floor patio, I would have booked that. Besides, it’s not much of a patio area anyway, just more walk space to gate. Plus the bushes surrounding the area block any view. Pictures didn’t match the room that I uploaded to pay for. The area over all is nice considering how budget friendly it is and I’m sure the other rooms are nicer too but unfortunately I feel like I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. They put me in the worst room out of all of them.

Situated in a gated location this is a lovely place for a serene and quiet stay. Good staying point for exploring the hill villages of Provence.

This place didn’t have WIFi , No water , No transportation whatsoever not even a taxi , If you go there you gonna be stuck especially if you don’t have a car ! Expedia lied about the distance this hotel was so far away from everything !!!

Agréable séjour avec promesse tenue par rapport à l annonce. Par contre des personnes fumaient et parlaient la nuit entre 3 heures et 5 heures. Apparemment des personnes qui seraient logées toute l année.

TrÚs bien sauf le petit déjeuner!

Appartement trĂšs sympathique proche de l’accĂšs piscine. Deux piscine dont une avec une pataugeoire, idĂ©al pour les enfants. Seul bĂ©mol, le petit dĂ©jeuner que je dĂ©conseille fortement, 12€ par adulte et 5,50€ par enfants. Des viennoiseries de la veille extrĂȘmement dure, du jambon dont les bord Ă©taient sec et dure, les pommes pourries. Nous aurions mieux fait de prendre de quoi dĂ©jeuner dans l’appartement qui lui est trĂšs bien!

Scandaleux ! pour une seule nuitĂ©e infĂ©rieure Ă  100€ il faut laisser une caution de 300 €. Dans cette chambre il n’y a rien qui n’ait de telle valeur mĂȘme si je partais avec leur petite tĂ©lĂ©vision elle ne vaudrait pas ce prix lĂ . Il n’y a pas de minibar. Je ne comprends pas la raison de cette demande insensĂ©e. Soi-disant la direction l’impose, cependant je doute fortement que le siĂšge ait la main sur les check-in. Ce qui m’a particuliĂšrement blessĂ© c’est l’attitude du personnel parce que j’étais stupĂ©faite de devoir laisser 300 €. Si vous arrivez aprĂšs 19:00 la rĂ©ception est fermĂ© donc pas de caution. C’est ridicule. Je suis dĂ©jĂ  venue dans cet Ă©tablissement rĂ©cemment et on ne m’avait rien demandĂ©. Je n’ai pas le profil de quelqu’un qui va dĂ©tĂ©riorer le mobilier. Je suis profondĂ©ment vexĂ©e spĂ©cialement par l’insistance de la responsable qui sait que je suis propriĂ©taire d’un hĂŽtel qui pourtant me suggĂšre d’aller retirer 300 € en espĂšces au distributeur (alors qu’on est en raze campagne et qu’il n’y a rien au alentours) si je ne veux pas donner ma carte bancaire en prĂ©autorisation. C’est une honte, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet Ă©tablissement, je me suis sentie humiliĂ©e. Je choisis cette halte en point de chute sur la route prĂ©vu sur un trajet d’une fois par mois. J’ai failli partir mais il n’y a rien Ă  50 km Ă  la ronde. Sinon pour le prix la chambre est correcte mais le personnel manque fortement de diplomatie.
