Ground floor: living room-kitchen (with American-style refrigerator), old bread oven, toilet, pantry. Upstairs: access to the 28 m² covered terrace with a 32°C heated jacuzzi (open only in July and August) and an indoor bike, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 suite with two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed), bathroom with toilet.
Private courtyard, garden, 70 m² terrace.
Shared with the other gîte and the owners: heated swimming pool [solar heating, (10x5 m) unsupervised (barrier)], open from June 15 to September 30, weather permitting.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat.
Bed linens, towels, and household linens provided, beds made upon arrival.
Green'Up reinforced socket for charging electric vehicles (included in the stay). Food truck in the village every two weeks on Thursdays during the summer. House attached to the owner's house, not overlooked, in a village close to the Périgord region (30 minutes from Brantôme and the Piégut market).
