Gorgeous & Airy Custom Downtown Dream Home
We built this house in 2020 to be our dream home and we can`t wait to share it with you! Unique and spacious, with soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, 3 full tiled bathrooms, and plentiful spaces to enjoy the outdoors, we hope you`ll love enjoying this space as much as we do.
Walking distance (less than a mile) to everywhere you`d want to be in downtown Charlottesville or UVA!
The main level of the home is very spacious and features high ceilings, the open living room/dining room/kitchen area, a back patio, full tiled bathroom, and a den (with doors) that can be set up with an air mattress and used as a third bedroom.
The second floor has the master bedroom suite with private bath, office, and screened in porch, and a second bedroom with private bath and large covered porch. The laundry can be found on this level as well.
The whole house is all yours, with the exception of one locked upstairs room where we will keep our things while we are away.
Welcome to the most convenient neighborhood for exploring Charlottesville! Centrally located right between the two hot spots, UVA/The Corner and the downtown mall, you`ll have the best of both worlds. An easy walk to countless restaurants, shops, and breweries, the 10th and Page neighborhood is a vibrant and diverse home base with easy access to the best of Charlottesville!
Less than a mile to UVA or the downtown mall, this home is in a perfect location to explore on foot. There`s also trolleys and buses nearby, scooter rentals, and plentiful Ubers and Lyfts to be had. The house has one off-street parking spot, and additional free street parking in front of the house as well!
