So there was a kitchenette but it had no utensils, glasses, plates, or cutlery…these needed to be requested from reception and then brought up. I spilled coffee in my room by accident, and there was no mop or cleaning service available…I was given literally about 10 paper towels to clean up myself. In the bathroom, there were no essential toiletries except for a bar of soap…again these had to be requested. Why not just provide all the amenities a customer needs rather than making them request each item especially when required? Plus they were under staffed with only one person available at the reception desk. At least the guy in the morning at the reception was cool about letting me check out at 12.

The first time I stayed at this property I loved it. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone for work. The second time I smelled pot and beer when I went to check-in, the woman working the desk called out two men who were coming in but didn’t seem to have reservations, and I worried about my car or room being broken into all night. That morning, I had a work call on Microsoft Teams, and the cleaning staff played music so loud that I had to keep my mic turned off through the call. I’m not sure what happened to this location, but I doubt that I’ll risk staying here again.
