The hotel is an excellent place to stay. Only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear people walking, running or jumping in their room quite loudly in your room. Woke you up in middle of night. Other than the noise, excellent place to stay.

Very nice location, and what a pleasant young lady at the front desk at the time we checked in. Location is right off Interstate 85, great location as well as plenty of self parking. Rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Will be booking rooms with Tru going forward. Thanks!

Very clean, friendly staff. One complaint would be only having two towels in the room. We had to ask for two more towels so my husband I had enough to last the next two days. Small thing I know, but overall o would stay there again.

The hotel was nice and gave me a dorm vibe. I enjoyed everything about the hotel EXCEPT that there is one microwave and it’s in lobby. You would think one microwave in the common area, it would be clean but it never was.

A stop before a flight the next day!

Overall, it was a good stay. Clean, comfortable, breakfast was good. The only issue was the cooling/heating unit was very loud and difficult to regulate.

I stayed here for 2 nights. I checked into my room and left back out to attend an event. I got back to the room and tried turning on the television but it didn’t work. Also, When I returned back to my room late that night I took a shower preparing for bed. When I pulled the blanket back the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood. I called the front desk and was told no one was working at that time. The next morning I went downstairs explained my situation and my room was changed but no apology was given for previous room conditions. I was told I must call on Monday and speak with business manager. I called all day Monday and Tuesday, left messages and still did not receive any call back. Every time I call i’m told the business manager is not available. First and last time staying at this hotel
