The room was clean , ac not working, only one window was able to open , shower head loose , the night staff was rude , room service was not really room service I had to go to the lobby to get my food and was asked to tip even though I tip with my card already

I was impressed with the room amenities that equal a studio apartment. Compared to many other hotels in this price range ($85-$125), this comes in as the cleanest I've stayed at around the Charlotte area in the past six months. I would suggest a little more detail when wiping down all surfaces to include the side tables and sides of the dining table. A little more detail in the vacuuming would have picked up the piece of pet food and the small shard of glass. I'm finding that none of the chains seem to take much bother with the hvac units with dirt and dust piles in the grill area.

The rooms were great for the price. I made the reservations for 4 rooms and when I got to the hotel they charged me one hundred fifty dollars per room deposit. I was literally staying overnight leaving early. Then she tells me it may take up to 15 days to get my deposits back. She told me it depended on my bank. WHAT? This does not depend on my bank. Its the hotel. So I am patiently waiting for my deposit returns.

The room setup was great but the room needed some updating. We also had several roaches, paint peeling, and broken outlets in our room. When i mentioned these issues to the front desk and there was no acknowledgment. I will not be staying here again.
