The property is fit for purpose. I was most impressed by the airport shuttle service. My stay was short and overnighter so there is not a whole lot of experience here.

Upon arriving at the property was informed that the hotel does not reserve rooms to individuals that live within 20 miles of the property. Inform that there havebeen previous incidents with individuals who reside within close proximity to property. I was dissapointed and had to persuade the clerk to provide the room. Any occurence they have experienced previously should have no reflection on us as guest. They also indicated that Expedia should have informed us about said "policy" at the time of booking. I am strongly considering speaking with legal counsel regarding this matter. We never should have experienced such outrage!

Dont stay here

The room smelled like an ashtray and was dirty . Floor was door had hair everywhere bed sheets had stains bathroom was dirty. Sketchy people walking around. Didn’t stay walked right out after seeing all that went to another hotel and paid $20 more a night for wayyyyyyy better.

Motel was clean, peaceful and quiet. Offered free shuttle service to airport. Not that spacious being that room appeared smaller than the pictures you see on the website. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom underneath the floor tiles. In a convenient location close to Cracker Barrel restaurant, Waffle House and Asian Buffet.

It was very clean. Staff was great from the check in to the cleaning people. Everyday the room was cleaned and new towels. We rented 2 rooms and we were very satisfied. Great job to the cleaning and check in staff!!! Thank you.

I got stranded at the airport and needed a hotel for a few hours before catching the next morning flight. Booking was a breeze through expedia and the hotel shuttle was waiting right outside. I had no problem communicating with the hotel and getting into the shuttle. There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it is clean. At <$100 you can’t expect more. It served my purpose quite well.

very nice area but the towels seemed a bit brown and the floor of my room was not mopped it was very sticky and dirty the room also reeked of smoke every time i entered and I'm a non smoker.

Suitable and covenient for overnight airport stay

We missed our connecting flight out of Charlotte and we're only going to spend a few hours there, ate breakfast and go back to the airport the next day. Place was clean enough, provided enough breakfast, and airport shuttle so everything was very convenient at price almost half of similarly rated hotels. The facility itself has obviously undergone updating, but not all in the best manner (some bad spots literally just painted over); still, it was clean, bed was comfortable, it was perfect for what we needed. (I found 1 dead, dedicated baby roach in the desk top, which was odd because the rest of the room was very clean.)
