Overall not bad. Hotel is going through renovations. More usb ports need to be added. Doors to the rooms seemed very thin as you could hear the hallway commotion.

Very impressed! Layout of rooms were amazing. Clean (smell the clean) . No bugs, full breakfast, A Starbucks across street with other fast food options. Just a great spot. We will come again!!

I talked to the assistant manager before I left and explained that the room I wax in had a very bad bed bug problem and that is why theu probably had no comfortable blankets on the bed before I arrived. I ask him for a refund for the one night of stay and he said he would look into problem and let me know?

Tracie deserves a raise!!!

Overall our stay was alright. Clean enough, pool was always overcrowded but whatever. What made our stay was the remarkable customer service from Tracie at the front desk. I mistakenly left my wallet in the lobby restroom, and she found it before anyone could take it. Tracie brought it to the front, and everything was all there and in tact - can't thank her enough! :)

The actual room was very nice and spacious. The rest of the hotel was old, dirty, and tired with a hint of marijuana scent in the hallways. Breakfast was fine. The morning front desk clerk could not have been nicer. She was sweet. In summary: room clean, building nasty, nice lady, stinky weed.

The hand soap in the room was already opened. The bed sheets did not seem to have been cleaned recently. No microwave in the room. There was only 1 working elevator. Kitchen did not look clean. The staff was polite and available at all times

We had booked a room for 5 people but were only provided 3 sets of towels and there weren’t any blankets for the pull out bed. We had to ask a few times for additional towels and blankets and still were not given enough.
