Loud hotel, hallway smelt of weed, elevators out of service, and not very clean. But the worst part was the windows. You could hear every.single.thing outside to the point we thought a window was open at first. Unable to sleep. Location is good.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in .. The staff oliver was the rudest employee there was . The duvets covers were moldy and he was determined to tell me it was not dirty.. we were up all night not be able to sleep … i will call Hyatt headquarters when i get back . horrible for a Hyatt Hotel

When we arrived they did not have a king room available for us as that was the type of room we reserved. This was not good. We were offered a double bed room instead. There was only one elevator working. This last detail is what sent us away. The room appeared to be fairly clean. However, upon checking the bed, there was a silverfish insect in the bed and the mattresses were in bad shape. They were bloody and just disgusting! This was in both beds. There a stink bug inside laying on top the heat/ac unit. I returned back to the front desk to inform them of my findings. Initially we were going to see if we could switch rooms, but was told they had none available. This would have been our first time at the Hyatt Place. This was fine. We did not feel comfortable to sleep at the Hyatt Place anyway.
