The hotel was undergoing renovations and had we been made aware, we would have stayed somewhere else. This was covered up by either hotels.Connor the property and a either a full or partial refund should be awarded in this case

The hotel was under renovation. We had to enter through a service door. The water kept getting turned off. The room was mew and very nice but we had to change rooms when the toilet didn't work. Staff was friendly and apologized for the construction. It would have been nice to know before i booked.

This property is undergoing major renovations. I have no complaints about the staff, they were very friendly. However there was a makeshift entrance and reception area but the worse part was going to the elevators. You had to go through a work area littered With debris that felt very unsafe. Our room had been remodeled nicely. Parking lot was also closed off in part due To Construction

Remodeling was occurring while our vist and prior to booking it didn’t mention they were remodeling. I think future reference should let customers know if they have ongoing remodeling and only certain accommodations are available.

Bee positive.

I was unaware of the renovations that were in progress when I booked this hotel. Despite the initial shock when we drove up to see the exterior of the building and concurrently the lobby, the renovations that are happening and have happened in the upper floors are beautiful. The attention to detail in the thoughtful design of the rooms is really magnificent.
The whimsy is so refreshing.

What i enjoyed was the new updated rooms! My only complaint is the noisy guest or house keepers that were slamming the doors early in the morning till the evening.

The hotel was under construction. No bar, pool or gym was available. Was not informed before arrival. Only one floor open. When leaving and arrivel white debris would get on cars, luggage and clothes from construction. Staff was nice but if i had known it was under construction, i would have stayed somewhere else. Semi tralier were stored all over parking lot. The hotel looked abandoned when driving up. This was not the experience I hoped for and i feel was robbed of the experience i payed for to have these amenities. There was many hotels in the area to choose from. I will not pick Holiday Inn again.

We arrived to the facility to find it under construction. The room I booked was unavailable as they were only using one floor of rooms. I was never made aware of any of these issues. We were told we could cancel (which we did) but ended up scrambling to find somewhere to stay that night. We ended up 20 minutes further than we wanted to be Very disappointed

Staff at check in was awesome. Great attitude friendly and helpful. She made checking in the best experience we’ve ever had. Beautiful, clean rooms with comfort. Fully stocked bathroom essentials. Best experience with great relaxatng sleep.
