The room in the fourth floor has a reoccurring stress crack in the drywall that has been addressed before. A SWR-CJ Pitcon reveal is warranted up the wall and across the ceiling.

I didn't like upon arrival that the room I requested was no longer available and the room was given to someone else. I spoke with the GM and was told Expedia messed up when the information was sent to them and was advised to directly book with the Hotel in the future to guarantee that I get the room I requested. Also we checked out early because of extreme noise issues and had ran out of soap which was provided by the Hotel and couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work in the room. What a bad experience! Extremely disappointed with this visit.
