Room dirty and untidy, missing linens, phone did not work had to collect our own sofa bed linens and towels, requested room to be serviced but no one came, left with a pile of trash cause no housekeeping, someone spilled eggs in the hallway carpet was there our entire three nights. Phone did not work, breakfast was the same everyday, tested like leftovers, coffee cream was out of supply one day with no one around to request for restock. Tough to consider this a Hampton level, notwithstanding a Hilton brand. Find another option.

This is a rundown Hampton plain and simple. Toilets backed up. No one to help. Restrooms at lobby level also clogged with feces. No one managing the front desk from 6:45 am - 8:00 when we left. Coffee outright deplorable. Light burned out in bathroom. Our room had to closet. That’s right- no closet. The wall next to the far bed had a curtain covering it and behind it was an ironing board, and an 8” deep hanging rod. What a sh*thole!

Breakfast was really good. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. The entire floor that we stayed on smelt, like marijuana, when I towed the front desk clerk, she said, oh, I'll let housekeeping know tomorrow when they get here. They're gone for the day. Remind you, I'm on a trip with my 2 grandchildren, who are one years old and three years old?If you have small children, I would not recommend staying at the motel

Pretty typical Hampton Inn. Clean nice rooms typical breakfast bat. But for some reason, Hilton struggles when handicap accessible rooms are requested, I have never got the room type I requested.

On the second night, we found bugs in our bed, and we were moved to another room. Two mornings later we found a bed bug walking across the bed in that room. We were treated very well as we checked out early, but the hotel is obviously lacking what Hampton Inn usually provide by way of cleanliness. The hallway carpets looked like the had not been vacuumed in weeks. I will give them credit for quickly refunding our money.

The room had a smoke odor and we ended up switching rooms because our air conditioning unit went out. I would get another maintenance crew if it were me. The girl at the front desk was nice though she help us with any questions we had.
