The staff was expolite and professional. I was sure this howas listed ad having an airport shuttle bus. Also the business area had no computet and the printet didn't work.The stagf was resourceful and helped me get a cab when checking out. I would stay there again but plan to get a cab to and from the hotel

The room was clean. Breakfast was crowded, so there were lines and food ran out, but it was decent. Didn't like the parking, as we had to switch elevators and the front desk didn't help with that. Convenient to Panthers stadium.

This property was in the heart of everything in Uptown Charlotte & walkable to everything… The only issue was my brother drove down & the hotel wanted $35 per day to park; so he had to park on the street for $6 (which was cheaper) but every 4 hours up til 10pm & he had to get back to his car to pay for the next 4 hours bc the mobile app wouldn’t let him do that from a distance where we were at (Bowlero) so he had to go back to his car near the hotel & stand in front of it in order to pay on his phone & at times it wouldn’t let him do that until he moved the car up the street or across the street… That was the only issue we had… Also, just a SUGGESTION: I get ppl love their fur-babies (animals) but yall really should have a selective floor(s) that animals w/their families stay on bc we stayed on the 4th floor & the room my sister & her family stayed in #409 had my niece asthma flaring up & sneezing all weekend bc @ some point there had to have been an animal in that particular room bc that’s the only time her asthma flares up like that which is if she’s around animals (hair)… Thanks for the Amazing stay & I got to celebrate my #Chapter55th Birthday w/my family❣️ Stay blessed & Happy New Year to you & the staff🙌 Mrs Katena Felton Jersey City, NJ

Hotel itself was clean, room is typical. Unfortunaly gated paid parking deck, where it potss you are parking at your own risk, is obviously unsafe as ours and a few other cars had windows smashed in overnight. We were awoken by police calling to let us know. Crickets from the hotel itself. No support or even a simple sorry, but it happened from the hotel. We got an email from hilton asking for a review and mentioned the car damage and their response was just that they arent responsible for anything. Great customer recovery "Tony J" from corporate guest relations. We didn't ask for anything, but definitely would not return. Only recommend if you want to leave your car unlocked and windows open to make it easier for the locals (they didnt even take anything and multiple cars affected)

One of our rooms didnt have complete appliances and the refrigerators didnt cool our beverages properly! Id say change the refrigerators so the next stay will be great for them

The housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. Even the staff at the front desk, breakfast area was always well kept, no food on the floor or counters. Even the sitting area for breakfast well kept.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that I never received a printout of my bill. I assumed that would be emailed to me, but it was not. I was charged $204. The rate with tax was $154 and the parking was $35, so I am not sure what the extra $15 was for. There is no information online, that I can find showing this. I should have been offered a paper bill or an emailed receipt at checkout.
