We booked a room with a roll in shower and 2queen beds, upon arrival we were told that this room was not available that it had been given away mistakenly. We had to cancel our reservation and had find another hotel that offered the same accommodations in another city! We have to have these accommodations due to my wife being a quadruple amputee! We will no longer be using the hotel.com app because we have had multiple instances where we don’t get room that we were shown and the app doesn’t take into consideration of our circumstances!

A bang for your buck

The staff was very nice and helpful and accommodating. It’s a place that they have a pool as well as a Jacuzzi and all for free kickback with two drinks and a full dinner and breakfast. Love this hotel my go to.

I really enjoyed my stay high, especially love, the hot tub, the pool and the exercise room. I also love the breakfast and the dinner the only disadvantage was the lobby bathrooms was not as visible and was quite a distance from the entrance oven and that I enjoy my stay.
