Usually my stays at DoubleTree is amazing but this location did not meet my expectations! Upon check-in the rep seemed very dismissive. She didn’t give me my breakfast tickets so I was charged twice! The drapes in the room were filthy, the patio area needed to be blown, filed with debris, cigarette butts and tree branches. The smell upon entering was uninviting! I was glad I only booked a one day trip! I will never stay at this location again!

Birthday trip

This hotel was horrible. I visited this hotel for. My Birthday weekend upon arrival my room was extremely far from fron entrance. The hotel was dirty and dedgy looking. The entire hotel needs to be updated and remodeled. To say this Doubletree is affiliated with Hilton is sad. I traveled from out of town and was highly disappointed. I am a Hilton Reward member and ive never stayed in any hotel like this.The bedding even look dengy. I wouldn't stay here if i came back to Charlotte under any circumstances

Will not be staying here again. Our bathroom had a dirty washcloth over the shower rod with black hair all over it. The check in clerk was not friendly at all. I did love Durrell who drove us to the airport. He was wonderful.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Paid extra for a “high floor” room only to see the property has three floors. The breakfast was extremely limited, the elevators were old, and the location felt generally dirty. Not something I would have expected from a Hilton brand hotel.

Easy, Convenient Place to Stay

Stay was very easy & didn't have any major issues! Location is great & there is a restaurant on site. I was unable to get normal basic channels like NBC or CBS, which I thought was strange. Housekeeping also didn't stop at my room the first two days of my trip, had to request extra towels. Overall a great place though!

The staff was nice. However, the smell in the lobby was awful. We were told by staff they did not know where the smell was coming from and all they could do was spray. Apparently this is an ongoing issue. It smelled of sewage and poop throughout the entire entire lobby
