Everything was fine, however we did have a hard time controlling the temperature of the house- downstairs was very cold and upstairs was very hot and it was difficult to balance the two. I also never really had hot water, it was warm but never got hot. The only other thing that I had concerns about was the cookware, there was barely anything to cook with and not a whole lot of utensils to cook with. It was a great place to have a bed and spot to stay. If I could know that the temperature of the house, hot water, and cookware are going to be fixed I will come back. But if these are the same I will not. Thank you for hosting.

The location is good but this house needs major upgrades on the furniture, the heat only works upstairs and it gets extremely hot, it was dirty, the bathroom floor had hair like someone before shaved just nasty. If they charge a cleaning fee they should really use it in between guests. This was not a great experience for my family

We enjoyed our stay in Charlotte. This home was spacious with three bedrooms. It had all the amenities that I would want --- kitchen, washer/dryer, television/cable, and working appliances. The photos are just as we found the home --- cozy! Not flashy granite countertops, leather furniture, and coffered ceilings. It's an ordinary home in a cul de sac. My only complaint was the box spring/mattress squeaked and we had an easy fix of putting my yoga block in the center of the slats. I would definitely stay again.

They house is a well keep older home set on a perfect cul-de-sac nice deck and yard we did not use. But perfect for what we needed.

I was not pleased at all and the house was dirty when I went inside the king size bed was sounding ruff if I could get half of my money back it would have been nice dead bugs in the corners just not what expected

Disappointed

Well this was my second time staying at this house and i was extremely disappointed to see that cleanliness was not the top priority of this place. This house is nice but definitely needs a lot of work. We probably won’t stay here again.
