Lovely house, great outdoor space and playroom. However one of the four bedrooms has no wall separating it from the living areas below, so any noise or light is not blocked out. Several windows in bedrooms have no shades to block light. Master shower was malfunctioning and could not be fixed during stay.

Great Pool and Location

Nice house but it is the pool and yard that is the highlight of the property. Despite raining all week we were able to use the hot tub / pool / cabana a ton. They did a fantastic job with the outdoor setup. The house itself feels mostly new or renovated, and the bathrooms are all well done. I think they can upgrade the furnishings in parts of the house, and there isn’t a perfect single spot for a larger group to lounge around, but if you are there you are likely doing that at the pool. Hosts were communicative when needed and the house was very clean. For the location and the yard alone I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect House for 8 of us

We had an incredible stay during the week of July 4th. The house exceeded our expectations—even better than the photos—and the owners were a pleasure to work with.With three kitchens, a spacious back porch, a great pool, and multiple game rooms, the home is designed for comfort and entertainment. It’s very guest-friendly and easily accommodated our group.The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level, while the secondary bedrooms are upstairs. Two share a full bathroom, and a third has its own private bath. There are multiple bathrooms on every level, which was more than enough for our needs.The main-level kitchen (not pictured) is well-equipped and nicely finished. One of our favorite spots was the back porch—peaceful and relaxing, yet still lively with activity from the nearby marina moving boats throughout the day.All around, a fantastic property. We’d absolutely stay here again.
