Very run down and pictures definitely do not match the room I stayed in . Needs a lot of work kinda shocked for such a nice area Thousand Oaks to have such a run down motel 6.

I was originally staying at a different hotel which turned out to be unsafe and in a terrible area. Once i cancelled my stay there i found this hotel that had a vacancy that night. This place was the salvation i needed. Everything was clean, the front desk was amazing, even the water in the lobby tasted amazing. The bed was so comfortable I nearly slept through my alarm I set. It was so quiet I'd forgotten it was in the middle of a shopping plaza. 10/10 will definitely stay again next time im in charlotte.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn- Matthews was really good. The rooms were comfortable, if a little out-dated. The staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs to attend a wedding and Charlotte Checkers games, with easy parking, shopping, and ample restaurant choices within walking and short-driving distance. We will definitely stay again.
