Do not stay here! The hotel is falling apart. The building smells strongly of cigarettes and at check in the employee said “I’m going to waive your pet fee because sometimes we have problems like not having towels or soap.” She gave me a room that was bare, dirty, and also reeked of cigarette smoke with two hand towels we were expected to use as bath towels. This is not a safe place to stay - especially if you are alone. We immediately checked out and got a full refund and found a safe, clean place 15 minutes away.

Worst hotel experience I’ve encountered. I reserved 3 rooms at CLT Airport Inn and Suites and when we went to the address it was a La Quinta Inn. Strange, but it was in the evening and we thought we’d give it a try. As we were checking in, we were told, “We have no towels.” We were not given the option to cancel the rooms, so we took them. We were on the 4th floor. One of the two elevators was out of order and the other one worked but had no safety certificate. The 4th floor was covered with overflowing trash can trash and trash all over the floor. One of the room keys didn’t work and required a trip to reception. We reserved 3 rooms with 2 queen beds. We had one room with a king bed only and one room with a double and single. There were no towels, sheets, blankets, soap or shampoo. We did have toilet paper. We had a man sleeping outside our door loudly listening to music (he did leave when asked). Unpleasant to say the least! So far, both Expedia and the hotel are refusing to refund the reservation. It’s unfortunate Expedia doesn’t vet the properties or have any internal controls about who they partner with.

This place is not only incredibly messy and unsanitary.. it feels downright dangerous.. we left shortly after getting a room assignment. no towels, stains/bed bugs on sheets, lamps hanging on by wires. We walked past what looked like prostitutes in a room with a cloud of drug smoke.. I have never in my life stayed anywhere near this disgusting

This place was a total dive. The carpets were filthy, the sheets were dingy, no towels, bad lighting,ALL the cabinets were broken. The rooms smelled like dirty dogs. I left and found another hotel. One of the guests room was broken into and the cops were there. Someone said the staff always rob guest When I went to the Holiday Inn down the street, they said they get several guest a week who leave there and go to them because it’s so nasty.

Worse than a hooker hotel

No towels, no drapes on the window, very noisy, no remote, the hair dryer had been stolen, one elevator was broken. Too bad I didn’t book thru the hotel so I could get a refund.

This property houses crackheads prostitutes drug dealers, building literally falling apart. Rooms are disgusting. Stained blankets no towels soap. Horrendous conditions. People getting high and drunk right outside the lobby. I would ask for my money back but you guys continently put non refundable. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The lady at the front desk was super friendly, but she stated that they didn't have any towels. The rugs are stained and there's a wonderful odor of marijuana from the time you hit the door. We tried to fight through and when we got to the room, it was worse. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The elevator was working, but was missing a button on the 3rd floor. We lasted about 10 minutes before we returned to the front desk and found a different hotel. Read the reviews.
