As you enter the home, you're greeted by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the main living room, beautifully framed by arched glass double doors that open to a full-width deck overlooking the water. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and all the essentials for group meals. A large dining area seats eight indoors, or you can take dinner outside to the expansive deck with a BBQ grill and plenty of alfresco seating.

Need to sneak in a little work while you're away? A small office is available—but don't let the foosball table tempt you too much.

The main-level primary suite offers a king bed, en suite bathroom, TV, and direct access to one of the many decks around the home—perfect for a quiet morning coffee with lake views.
Upstairs, you'll find additional sleeping spaces, including a queen bedroom and a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks and an additional twin bed. These rooms share a full hall bathroom, and the bunk room opens onto the upper-level deck, offering incredible long-range views of Lake Norman.

The lower level of the home provides even more space to relax and play. A large family room features another fireplace, a comfy leather sectional, a big-screen TV, and even an arcade game for some friendly competition. This level also includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, and two more bedrooms: a king suite and another bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for a kids' sleepover.

Outside, a charming furnished patio leads down a gently sloping lawn to your private dock, where you can swim, fish, or simply soak in the views. Evenings are made for gathering around the fire pit, roasting s'mores, or sipping a drink under the stars.

For a little adventure, take out one of the two paddle boards provided or bring your own kayaks, boat, or jet skis. A public boat launch is just minutes away for easy access to the water.

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
