Disliked: Cleanliness
The home was not as advertised. The "Game room" was a small, child sized, wobbly foosball table & a microphone. No tv, No arcade, No air hockey as advertised. Every room was small & closed off in an old house. No big open spaces or "Open floor plan" as advertised & was not ideal for large families trying to spend time together. The beds were hard as rocks. Both trash cans were overflowing, back yard was a mud pit & neighbor's dog barked continuously. There is only 1 TV in the entire house & it is located in the tiny living room. We left shortly upon arrival. We did NOT stay overnight & left after seeing how the home had been misrepresented. Host refused to refund. VRBO kept us on hold for 1hr & 14 mins to hang up on us when asking for help with this situation. We have contacted VRBO multiple times through the app & phone but cant seem to get a live person to help us. After no response or help from VRBO, we booked a perfect home through another site and had a wonderful experience.
