Not so charming

This house is far from being ready to rent. I’ll start by saying it is in a great location and great price. Apparently we must have been the first to rent it because you could tell things were just thrown together in a hurry. It states there are 3 bathrooms, but it’s only 2.5. It states linens are provided and there were 3 washcloths and 4 towels. The house had a very damp and musty smell along with a strong scent of air fresheners to cover up the smell. The carpet and couch are filthy dirty. There were ants all over the kitchen counters and sink and cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. The house is inside is dirty! I sent a message to the owners to make them aware of the ants and cockroaches and never heard a response. I would think twice before renting this property.
