Sounds like the hot tub does not work often. I called ahead to make sure things were in working condition due to this rental was a gift for someone and I was told yes everything was good! Well, when my family checked in they were told the hot tub was not working. They shouldn’t advertise a hot tub especially in the winter. Very disappointed!!

We’ve been staying at the Edgewater for over thirty years. We love Charlevoix. First time staying in this room. Nicely decorated. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Room was on the lower level and close to the door to parking lot. We will try to book this room again for next year. Very quiet.

Great Location

Very clean and able to walk to town. Fireplace was not working and the immediately came and fixed it. Place was just as the pictures looked. It was November so very quiet. Would highly recommend.

Best Waterfront views in downtown Charlevoix

The Edgewater Inn rental property uniquely offers the best waterfront views available in downtown Charlevoix. This particular end unit is on the first floor and has a larger living space than most of the other 1 bedroom units. There are several glass doors with breathtaking waterfront views. The unit has been updated and was very clean. While it felt private, we enjoyed watching the boats coming and going into Lake Michigan.
