Horrible place. Don't stay here!!!

I took one look at the room, turned around and walked out. No functional TV (corroded batteries in the remote), it had a horrible smell, was so dirty it made my skin crawl. If I could give a negative I would. I also saw others soing the same thing. They had the gaul to tell.me they were going to charge me because I did not cancel by the deadline.

Excellent staff, tired looking hotel.

The hotel looks a bit tired. Chairs in the lobby are worn, the carpet in my room was worn and the paint job in the bathroom was not great. There was a huge drip on the tile. Also, the bathroom door handles were old and hard to work. And there was no rail for the shower glass on the right side, so it swung back and forth if you touched it. The positive is the bed was very clean and comfortable. And I met one of your managers, Angelique, who took the time to walk me to a take-out restaurant and talk to me while we were waiting for my order. Deb came by for her dinner as well, and was also very kind. I have never had anyone do that for me before. Even the man who checked us in--I didn't get his name--was helpful, polite and kind. Excellent staff.

The location of the hotel it was perfect to walk around and be nearby shopping, dinning and concert area. The hotel staff were very cordial and nice. The hotel installations need it to be more clean, better maintenance, and enforce quiet hours. We have a problem with our door electronic system, the neighbors were loud all night, towels had a weird smell. The hotel looks better on the pictures online.

Well I would not know, booked a through Expedia and when I arrived there was a huge deposit. Long story short, I lost my money. I was vulnerable at the time and still took a rosy. The room was non refundable.
