The rooms were new and clean. Really nice facility. Breakfast was good and you could ask for gluten free options.

Her room was disgusting there were pubic hairs all in the towels in the tub and in the bed like nothing was cleaned even went to front desk to get new towels so that my wife and I could shower and after inspecting those they were worse than the ones we had in the room so neither one of us even took a shower the room wasn't clean either the blinds were broken and missing a bunch of stuff with electrical wiring hanging out we did mention something to the front desk clerk upon check out and he assured that they would get things taken care of but very unsatisfied for the level of hotel would have expected it staying in a motel 8 or Motel 6 but never in a presumably nicer establishment like this one

The front desk staff was incredibly rude to the folks checking in, as well as our headquarters when we were speaking with them on the phone. They claimed that they were unable to make a name change to a room and forced us to cancel in order to book the same exact room.

There was hair on the shower walls, the shampoo and conditioner were empty and we had to ask for clean towels each day and didn’t clean the room when asked. The staff were friendly and professional. A few hiccups but we will continue to stay at Hilton and affiliated hotels.
