Beautiful small hotel that smelled wonderful. All hotel employees were super friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Room was beautiful and house keeping employees were very helpful. Hotel is located in a perfect spot to easily access all dining and other tourist spots we visited. We will stay here again for sure!

The dining space is entirely too cramped and breakfast buffet was plain annoying to be at so not worth the cost. The rooms / beds are very comfortable and clean but I can get that at a Mario courtyard. The bright spot of this place is the roof top patio but had no service there. So bottom line lacked the value for the money spent.

This is a really nice hotel, but is lacking food service beyond a reasonable breakfast buffet. Charleston is, of course, an incredible restaurant town, so dinner is not an issue. But there's nothing nearby for a quick lunch. If they could address that, it'd be 5-stars. One tip: request a room that is NOT on the alley; the morning garbage collection reverberates loudly.

Choose this hotel, it’s a winner!

If you’re looking for a hotel in Charleston, stop scrolling, THIS is it! You’ll be pampered as soon as you arrive. There are snacks and cold drinks in your room for you, a manager’s happy hour, as well as a free cocktail/mocktail upon arrival. Turn down service comes with a complimentary treat, and there’s also a lovely free hot breakfast in the morning! The rooms are very clean, roomy, and quiet. The bathroom has everything you could possibly need with a large walk in shower and 2 sinks. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There is a rooftop sitting area with couches and tables with a nice view of the city. There’s a small bar up there, but wasn’t open as we were there on an off time and it was cold. The bar in the lobby served a very nice mixed drink. The location was great for shopping at the market was right down the street, along with many different shops, pounds, and restaurants. I will definitely stay here any time I’m in the area, everyone who works there was so nice and helpful. Go ahead and book it, you won’t be sorry!
