Staff was good, cleanliness was average at best. The bath towels didn’t look clean and no washcloth available. Dirt on the floors. Just overall very run down. The price did reflect.

When we opened the door to our room(307) it smelled like urine almost as if they had mopped the floor with a dirty mop, some of the bath towels were still dirty, the towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the bedding looked as if it hadn’t been changed, and the last straw was when I was going to go get some ice I saw a few roaches by the elevator. We spoke to the staff about these issues but they didn’t seem to care. They offered me another room but the roaches made that offer an immediate NO. We packed our things immediately and checked out. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. I didn’t want to have to pay for another room so we drove all the way back to Columbus, OH.
Keeping my $100 deposit, over a hair drier, that wasn’t even in the room. Don’t stay here

Staff was very friendly and respectful.
The room was great at first until we pulled the comforter back and saw the bedding and it was really gross.
So called and asked for clean bedding the lady was really nice about and apologized said they were short staffed that it should have been changed that morning! She gave us new sheets.
Bathroom was not cleaned either! There was hair/pubes all in the tub and had to get cleaner and wash it myself. The towels were stained with black marks. Parking also is not easy.
Also please be aware you are charged $100 deposit before checking in, no it does not say anything about that on hotels.com and was unaware of it! Thankfully we had the extra money to spare. Feel like hotels.com kinda needs to put that on here!
We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We were in town for my nephews funeral and needed a pet friendly hotel. Over all the experience was good. They just need to do a better job cleaning the floors in the rooms.

The computer was not working I asked earlier by email for first floor I had called this a.m. and I asked for a second floor and was told I could get one so I called back after I finish working today and nothing had been done about acquiring a second floor the lady hung up on me This a.m. and didn’t even give me an OK or not that I could get a second floor I talked to Expedia and that was a waste of my breath I’ve worked a 10 1/2 hour shift today and drove four hours to get to this location and the computer is broken

Housekeeping needs an overhaul
Housekeeping definitely needs to step up their game. Hairs in both sink and shower. Zero toilet paper. But it had a bed and a working TV. It served its purpose. To sleep there to be up for an early doctor appointment.

The smoke detector in the room was hanging from the ceiling detached from the base and the AC sounded like it was on it last breath of life. But overall the room was comfortable.
The 4th floor was dreadfully hot in the middle of the summer and the AC in the room was terrible. There are no fridges in the room. Couldnt get any towels. This was jusy an awful experience.
Went to first room fire alarm beeping moved to different room TV didn't work. Tired of moving so stayed there. Wasn't informed about $100. Deposit and still haven't received credit.

Reasonable
I suddenly contracted Covid and had to cancel my trip. The Red Roof Inn was very nice about cancelling for me without charge. This is above expected performance. Thank you.
