Comfortable stay

The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The temperature outside was almost 100 degrees but our room stayed nice and cold. We just needed a place to stay on our way home from a trip. This hotel offered a good rate and it was perfect for us. The breakfast was very limited which was expected.

Great place to stay. Very clean, Excellent Staff. Stayed in Handicap Excessable room only issue was the tv placement. It ewas on a wall on the side of the bed instead of on the wall across froom the bed. It made it difficult to watch.

The stay was marginal. We had issues with the type of room we booked and the actual room which was a downgrade from what we booked at same price we paid via hotels.com. Very disappointed. We were told that the reservation number sent by hotels.com was different than the reservation number received by the hotel.

Had 2 accessible rooms with king bed each that were easily accessed. Nice since I traveled with 3 elderly women using rolling walkers & cane. And both rooms were on ground floor. Roll-in showers were great for handicapped women. TV was mounted on side wall so difficult to see from bed.

Property was clean. Breakfast was bad. Coffee was thick and super strong even on the light setting. Accidentally double booked and was told to bad, can't cancel day off arrival. I could understand if i didn't show at all but thought that was petty. Won't stay with microtel again

Hotel suite/room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I can think of is the floors are thin. Some people stomp across the floor like they are trying to stomp out a bug.

It took a while to check in because the computers were slow. We've stayed at Microtel's in the past and didn't have any issues. This one had smaller rooms, the bed lamps didn't work. There was only one chair. The television was in an awkward spot. The wall cool/heat unit ran all night and kept me awake.
