I would stay there again for the convenience. Note that the rooms did not seem to have enough sound proofing. I could hear the people staying above me walking around ( like a cheap apartment building ). I never noticed that in other hotels.

The casino floor is always clean, well-maintained, and full of exciting games with great energy. The resort side is just as impressive — comfortable, spotless rooms with all the amenities you could want. Their restaurants and bars never disappoint, offering a variety of delicious options that match the quality of the rest of the property. Even the little details, like quick service at the tables and a helpful front desk, show that they truly care about their guests. There were no luggage carts when we checked in which required us to make several trips from the parking lot and because of the renovations only 1 elevator was working so with 4 people and 2 rooms it was over an hour just to get into our room. I understand that the hotel can't be responsible for guests who hog the carts but other places I have stayed at have location readers on the carts so they know where all of them are and can retrieve them as needed. Even though this was the only thing that was bad at this location it was bad enough that I most likely would choose another location to stay the next time.

Everything was great EXCEPT when we arrived to our room, the bathroom toilet was really dirty which made us feel like the bathroom hadnt been cleaned at all.

Nice clean rooms, they were doing some renovations so it was a little messy in that area, but it did not take away from the comfort of the hotel. I like the hotel was separate from the casino. We love watching the dogs run, and this hotel and casino is now our place to come back to every time.
