Poor customer service.

The experience was not good. No flexibility with room assignment. I was there 3 nights with my daughter. She was assigned to the 4th floor while I ended up on the ground floor, which I hated for lack of privacy. The room was never switched to higher floor on multiple requests. TV channels were limited with no free movies channels.

Hyatt was good, however, they have 2 elevators, only one was working for 3 days we stayed there. The one working broke down one day and we had to use stairs to 4th floor. Another item is the despensing of coffee. They have a pump carafe and you had to pump it 12 to 15 times to get one cup of coffee, very confusing, backlog and timing. They have units out there that one push of lever and you get a cup. Would have saved time and people waiting. One lastvitem, you cant watch any movie without having to pay. Dont like that either

During breakfast the coffee pot was not working Looked like someone got sick by the back entrance by the elevators the mess was there all night We checked in extremely late and the clerk was very dismissing of our questions however when the next few guests behind us came in and she treated them like best friends
