The place is new and it’s beautifully decorated. Love the aesthetic of it. However, upon check-in, there were two issues: 1. I specifically booked this hotel one month prior because of the availability of a double queen room. When we arrived for check-in, they did not reserve the double queen room I had requested and did not offer any type of compensation for their error.2. Pool was non-operational… Seems that they could have made sure of that before they opened to the public. The room and the bathroom were very nice… comfortable mattress and plenty of space to lay out your luggage. The sheets on the bed were very rough and scratchy, almost itchy. The pillows had zero support. The most difficult part of this stay was that the sliding glass door to the balcony had zero noise insulation so we could hear everything on the street, including a car alarm that decided to go off four times in one evening. Overall, the hotel is nice, but they need to work out some of these other issues to make it a five star hotel.
