Good location for walking King Street. free trolley stop across the street was very convenient. Facility is good condition but shows it age with design. Breakfast was okay and did the job but nothing to rave over.

A Great Stay Downtown

My son attended a concert at the Music Farm. The walk to and from the venue was short and safe. The location of the hotel allowed my daughter and I to walk around and explore the nearby attractions. The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Overall the hotel was clean. Loved the door from our room to the outdoor area for our dog. Room had a bit of an odor to it, probably from previous pets. Getting to be tume for an update.

Great location. No it’s not as modern as other hotels, but it’s clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Love that it’s pet friendly, they even had welcome treats for our pups. We’ll definitely return.

Hotel is in good walkable location near King street and we enjoyed Charleston very much! The hotel itself looks and smells like carpets should be updated a while ago. There was a stale smell in our room and no refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. Also breakfast, in comparison to other hotels, wasn’t great. Getting in and out from the hotel garage was confusing if you are handicapped, we have received three different informations and still got stuck at the gate. As a long time member of this hotel chain, this one was the worse.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade. The rooms were smelly and the carpet throughout the hotel is in desperate need of replacement. The location is fantastic.

The Hotel is in a great position between King Street and Meeting Street ideal for walking to the Waterfront and shops. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Breakfast more than adequate. Lovely time there for both of us.
