I do not understand the high rating for this location. We weren’t even in our room for three minutes when we saw two roaches run across the floor. We immediately told the man at the front desk and he didn’t even seem to care. Because we didn’t book direct, he said we could not get a refund so we could go somewhere else for the night, so we asked to be moved to a higher floor. I will never, ever stay at this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet and clean. Ac worked great. We got in late and hotel shuttle had stopped after midnight. Not meant to be a complaint, just a heads up. Uber was only like $14.

They placed me in a handicap room, without telling me at check in. The room was super far from the entrance (poor disabled ppl) the shower head wrk 75% low pressure the sink didn’t drain well I had to clean after my use. clothing hangers where low (handicapped room) My cost was hung but dragged on the floor.
