The housekeepers was nasty and very unpleasant. We had extra trash in our room so I bagged it up and tried to hand it to the housekeeper and she got a real nasty attitude with me. So I ended up taking the trash down to the lobby. Then we had a late check out, I guess that bothered the housekeepers, the lady remarked to another employee that they should have to pay double for the extended stay. Our room was ok except for the running toilet all night. And the toilet and bathroom door was sooooo close that we could barely sit down. Self parking is very terrible. So far from the hotel. For the amount of money we paid for this room was disappointing . Also the pool was ice cold, the kids didn’t even want to swim. Embassy y’all have to do better. Overall I won’t be staying here again.

Lovely and clean, but pool was a disappointment.

The atmosphere is lovely! The hotel was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many choices. There beds were NOT comfortable and the pool was FREEZING!! We had planned to swim with our kids in the evening and after being in for 5 minutes had to get out. It was not enjoyable. We were disappointed.

The hotel itself was fine. The common areas were bright and lovely. Our room needed an update. It was pretty outdated-bathroom was dark. The staff was all friendly and they absolutely nailed breakfast-it was amazing. The parking here is awful. The parking garage is about half a block away, not the one that backs up to the hotel, and no easy way to get back to the hotel so you have to carry all your stuff from the car. There are also no exterior signage on the parking garage to indicate that hotel guests should park there. The first Embassy Suites sign is about 100 feet inside the garage and you just have to be looking in order to see it. The outside of the hotel itself is taken care of. The immediate community surrounding the hotel is pretty run down. We stayed here on a Saturday night and there were very few people about. The mall seems pretty empty. The JCPenney across the street from the hotel is empty and closed. It was run down to the point where I felt uncomfortable walking from the parking garage to the hotel with our stuff.

Loved the lobby. The way the rooms face inward instead of going down long hallways is so nice! Every single person working there was beyond pleasant. The room and bathroom were relaxing and spacious. Clean and beautiful.

The overall experience was great and clean, especially for a hotel that has animals. The only issue we had was our arrival. The parking lot has nowhere to park to go in and check in, the parking lot was jammed packed with cars going in all directions and everyone was confused where they needed to go. It took a good 30 min. To get into the building to check in. With that said, we would come back and stay again.
