Our brand new guest house (built in 2019)is a spacious one bedroom, one bath with a bunk loft. Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. Located 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Folly beach or Sullivan’s island, this tastefully decorated guest house will not disappoint! Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Easy parking in the driveway, steps from the cottage door. The backyard is shared with the main house. This quaint West Ashley neighborhood is seated in between downtown and the trendy shops of Avondale. STR permit #04191
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
