The staff was fine and the breakfast was good. However, our room was filthy. Smears of something on the bathroom door. The toilet had dried urine on the seat and the entire bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The shower didn’t drain so you stood in ankle-deep water. The floor of the room appeared to not have been swept in a long time. Would definitely not stay here again.

The worst stay ever!

This was the worst stay I have ever had overnight. The room was dirty from the front door to the bathroom. I asked for a no smoking room, I smelt smoke at the front door. The room was not a smoke free room! The walls were stained in numerous areas. The bathroom wall had bowel movement smeared on the wall. Mildew in the bathroom shower. Trash was under the bed on the floor. Bedspreads and sheets were not clean. I slept on the top of the bedspread with my own blanket. I just cannot express how filthy the room was. I would NEVER reserve a room there again. I have a son and grandkids that live in the area and now when I visit I am definitely going to have to find a new hotel/motel to stay at. The receptionist at the front desk didn’t even ask for my ID to confirm that I reserved the room. If you would like to talk to me, I can give you some more details.

Much older motel. Floor and bed creaked. People outside room loud at wee morning hours. Bathroom super small. Definitely just a one night stay place.

Great staff

The staff was great, Toni at the front desk, and the nice shuttle driver who takes you back and forth from the casino, very friendly and accommodating. The only issues were the tub backed up, and the hair dryer didn't work. Cleanliness was so/so. The main area was clean, the bathroom still had urine on the rim of the toilet, mud in the tub, and a soap wrapper on top of the shower wall.

First room smelled like smoking room. It was non-smoking. Sketchy people walking around at 4 am so loud, hard to miss. Room furniture in outside hallway. As a single female, felt uncomfortable as people sitting outside watched me come/go.

The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. The only reason I didn’t give this place a perfect rating was because of the smell of cigarettes in the room. But the customer service definitely made up for it.

SO DIRTY-Avoid this hotel!!

This hotel was so dirty, you could visibly see the dust on the tables and there was toilet paper used in the toilet bowl. Carpet had visible mud and it smelled so bad. We left and went to another hotel. I would like to have a refund!!
