Sketchy

First room smelled like smoking room. It was non-smoking. Sketchy people walking around at 4 am so loud, hard to miss. Room furniture in outside hallway. As a single female, felt uncomfortable as people sitting outside watched me come/go.

The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. The only reason I didn’t give this place a perfect rating was because of the smell of cigarettes in the room. But the customer service definitely made up for it.

SO DIRTY-Avoid this hotel!!

This hotel was so dirty, you could visibly see the dust on the tables and there was toilet paper used in the toilet bowl. Carpet had visible mud and it smelled so bad. We left and went to another hotel. I would like to have a refund!!

Maybe you should spend a few extra bucks...

The room had a renovated room- but it was not quite finished. Little things, like no soap / shampoo shelf in the bathroom. My wife was up really early, maybe 6- and still the hot water was only warm. The room was clean enough, but had seen better days. Given the option, I might spend a few dollars more. When traveling with ones wife, the pain of saving 50 bucks may not be worth it in the end. Im still hearing about it a week later.

The room was dirty blankets sheets was dirty hair what dog hair all over the room on the floors and the heater hair and pubic hair all in the tub had to clean everything before I brought my family take my advice spend the extra $10 and stay over in Days Inn do not stay in Travelodge
