The villa offers privacy as it’s located in a fenced olive tree property; it’s only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 7 minutes by foot from the center of Platanias village. The 105 m2 villa consists of a ground floor looking in a patio, a garden and a 32m2 swimming pool and a first floor looking in a wide terrace with a sea view.
In the ground floor there is a comfortable living and dining room area elegantly furnished (Zaira Collection) , an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a bedroom with a private bathroom, two singe or one double bed (upon request) all of them with a pool and garden view.
