The absolute best place to stay in Chania! The suites are located one block from the busy streets, so you’re very close to everything but are also able to have a quiet sleep. But above all, Maria (the property manager) is the most lovely person on earth. She went above and beyond to make sure our time in Crete was incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The manager, Maria, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and see that we had everything we needed. She also suggested places to visit that were specific to our interests.

Welcoming host and great apartment!

The host was amazing and welcoming, she helped answer all our questions. The apartment was large and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and modern. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the host and apartment.

we LOVED it!

It was just so perfect! And with a very attentive host who made sure we had all we could possibly need. the flat is simply beautiful and the area is perfect for walking around shops or visiting the coast. The rooftop terrace is a real luxury....and that bath....wow!

Top notch service! From the moment arriving from the airport taxi we were met by Manolis Kalaitzaks to walk with us to our roof top suite. He was helpful with suggestions and made a reservation for us with complimentary desert. Plus he tried to help us with lost baggage so we could enjoy our few days in the Old Port town. The room is excellent with a view! Highly recommended. Thank you for all your help and excellent service. I would return again!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very spacious, modern, clean and well appointed. Located in the heart of Chania with shopping, market and restaurants just outside the door. Special mention must go to Manolis, our host. An amazing and generous man, who went out his way to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay. We had a wonderful time in Chania, thanks to the kind help of Manolis. We would love to return to Chania someday and would book here again if available.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Really close to all amenities and in the heart of the city but the apartment was peaceful and very comfortable. Our host Manolis was so helpful and kind and gave is lots of useful information. He was always on hand to answer our questions and arrived one day with an orange cake his mother had made. Chania is really beautiful we also did lots of day trips. Hope to return some day.

Fantastic place to stay with a fantastic host

The location was very central with everything walking distance and great restaurants and shops surrounding it.the room itself was very modern and extremely clean, which was kept immaculate by the daily maid.what really sets the hotel apart was the fantastic host Manolis. He makes the stay more than special by giving u great insight into the area and being more than hospitable being the perfect host.

The place is amazing! Thw suite is so beautiful and clean, and the host was so kind and generous. He made sure to bring us everything we needed for our holiday. Thw suit is in a great place, near the Agora market and a lot of restaurants and stores. We couldn’t ask for better hotel than this one and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything couldn’t have been better

The room was beautiful, had everything we could want and more, and was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The bath behind the bed was massive and lovely, and the bath on the roof is just amazing. Manolis is such a kind and generous man, making our stay truly memorable. If there is any nothing wrong, he is there to help immediately. One night we couldn’t find the light switch for the underfloor lighting (it’s by the suitcase area!) and text him at nearly midnight. He replied straight away, as if it was a hotel reception. The welcome gifts of fruit and cookies and wine were most appreciated, as were the great recommendations during our stay. Do not hesitate to stay here, everything will be perfect and you’ll love the room. It is also in the perfect location, with great sound proofing.

Manolis is wonderful. He helped plan our day trips and we took almost all of his recommendations. The room is large and new feeling. It is very quiet despite being on a road. We would definitely stay there again.

Best Suite in Chania

I wish we were in Chania longer so we could've stay at this property a few more nights. It was wonderful! This place is just a short taxi ride from the airport and Manolis set up our transfer both from and to the airport. He was amazing. He greeted us when we arrived and explained all of the amenities in the room (wine, fruit, water, cake, etc all included in the room rate.) The roof top deck and jacuzzi were incredible and easy to us. Manolis also provided us with a map of the local area so we could explore during our free time. Location wise, this place was exactly what we were looking for. Its just steps away from Agora market and tons of other shops and restaurants. It was also a three minute walk from the pick up location of our wine and olive oil tour. I can't wait to plan another trip so we can stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a fun area!

The hotel was immaculate! It was right in the heart of the old shopping district, not far from the wharf. Manolis, our hotel contact, gave us exceptional recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in western Crete. The hotel room was clean and modern and looks to have been newly renovated. There were shops and bars and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance from us. We had a great stay.

Our experiences was wonderful. We had a modern luxury suite while venturing out in a beautiful old town. The city had old and modern feel. Our landlord went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt we could contact him anytime with any questions. We spent a lot of time upstairs on a beautiful private patio and also used the soaker tub. It was an experience to have complete privacy while the busyness was all below us. As busy and noisy as it was outside, inside the windows were completely sound proof when closed. This was a place were you could relax and watch Netflix, movies or read. Or.... go out and enjoy the night life, amazing shopping, restaurant's and also site seeing beautiful old buildings. The spa like bathroom was very nice with a rain shower. the suite also had all the extras such as music speakers throughout, iPhone hook ups and motion detector lights in the bathroom, with ambiance lighting The kitchen had a tassimo coffee maker, kettle, ect.with stocked cupboards and everything in the fridge was included. There is free parking in the back. This was by far our nicest hotel/suite that we had stayed in during our 1 week in Greece. The value is defiantly there.

Amazing spot in the best part of Chania.

Highly recommend this hotel. First off, the Hotel manager is amazing. I had trouble finding parking because my GPS was outdated. He took the time to walk with me half a kilometer to where I ditched my car, and drove back with me showing me exactly where to find free parking. Second, the room itself is beautiful. It is brand new with very handy amenities such as a fridge, eating table, beautiful shower and the comfiest bed I had in Greece. The balcony was very nice as well. My wife and I enjoyed having our morning coffee out there while watching the action in the pedestrian street below. The location is fabulous. It is next to the old market and about a 5 minute walk to the old port. Many restaurants in the area with great food. Ask the hotel manager to recommendations! He provided a map with a few hot spots highlighted and some information about what he recommends. We went to a few and were not disappointed.
