Do NOT Book this property no one is managing it!!!

We flew from the USA and never received check-in information. I began reaching out to the host 5 hours prior to check-in to get codes, etc, and NEVER heard back. Worse than that, trying to get the company to assist has been a nightmare. VRBO was able to reach the phone number for a previous property manager who called me a few days later to inform me the same he told them, he has not managed the property for 3 years. Bottom line, I am still waiting on a refund because someone has my money and did not honor the contract.
