청결은 10점 만점에 8점 정도로 욕실, 객실은 청결한 편이었으나 숙박업소에 대한 편견으로 객실에 있는 포트나 차는 이용하지 않음. 갑자기 추워진 날씨로 로비에서 아침식사를 할수 없었고 커피머신 고장으로 커피조차 이용이 어려워 조식은 실망스러웠음.
