When you stay at Hotel de Champoluc in Champoluc, you'll be near ski lifts, just steps from Val d'Ayas and 3 minutes by foot from Monterosa Ski.
Overall it’s ok for the price. They canceled the laundry mat service and didn’t mention that in the listing, which is why we were choosing this property in the first place.

Monterosa Apartment

Located in Ayas, this apartment is in the mountains, within a 5-minute walk of Champoluc Gondola and Monterosa Ski.
Not cleaned at all!
The apartment was so dirty and full of black mold. They promised twice during our stay to come and clean but no one showed up. It said four single beds but it was only three. Not enough hot water, the bathroom was leaking. The apartment is situated in the centre but it is not worth it.
