You'll appreciate the property's charm, its 1500sqm garden and the proximity with hiking trails, public transport and ski areas. One of the best sunlight and snow fall in the valley. Welcome home!
Rustic property for up to 6 adults and 6 children, spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you'll find:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a bunk bed (90x190cm)
- 3rd bedroom with queensize bed (160cm)
- Bathroom (bath, washbasin)
- Toilet
- Laundry and ski room (washing machine, dryer, sledges)
Upstairs, you'll find the following rooms:
- Living room with dining area for 12 people (fireplace not available) and access to a balcony to enjoy coffee with a view.
- Authentic & fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher, etc.)
- 4th bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin)
