Rustic property for up to 6 adults and 6 children, spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you'll find:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a bunk bed (90x190cm)
- 3rd bedroom with queensize bed (160cm)
- Bathroom (bath, washbasin)
- Toilet
- Laundry and ski room (washing machine, dryer, sledges)

Upstairs, you'll find the following rooms:
- Living room with dining area for 12 people (fireplace not available) and access to a balcony to enjoy coffee with a view.

Chalet located in the charming hamlet of Les Frasserands, halfway between Le Tour and Argentière (1.5km). Particularly sought-after location, with some of the best sunshine and snow in the valley.
Magnificent hiking trails are just a few meters away. You'll feel in the heart of nature, despite the proximity of essential shops open all year round in Argentière (5min). All you have to do is enjoy the view and the peace and quiet.


Montroc SNCF train station and bus stop 150m away. You'll be able to reach the rest of the valley easily and free of charge, to take advantage of the different ski areas and Chamonix's year-round dynamism (15/20min).
The nearest ski areas are Grands Montets and Le Tour, both 5 minutes away by car/transport.
For vehicular travelers, there are 3 parking spaces on the property and more in the immediate vicinity.
