180sqm chalet completely renovated in 2023 by an architect and built on a 1200sqm parcel. Situated in the Bossons area, this quiet neighborhood is the ideal location to take advantage of the proximity to the center of Chamonix and of the surrounding nature. You'll particularly appreciate the breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc chain, the spaciousness and luminosity, the 4 en suite bathrooms, and the terrace with its jacuzzi. We look forward to welcoming you!


Ideal for enjoying the region with family or friends, the property is compose with the following rooms. Ground floor:
> Entrance leading to laundry area (washing/drying machine)
> Master Bedroom (queen-size bed, direct access to terrace and jacuzzi) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bath, double washbasin, toilet)
> Fully-equipped semi-open kitchen (aspirating induction, double-door fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso, wine cellar, dishwasher, etc.)
> A living room centered around the fireplace, from which you can fully appreciate the view of the Mont Blanc massif, and which extends into the dining area. In the last pictures you'll see that protection has been added to the stairs.
> A second living room with 115cm Samsung Smart TV
> Guest toilet
> Garden with jacuzzi (unavailable from Oct 10 to Dec 15th) on a spacious terrace to take full advantage of fine weather (dining area, BBQ( unavailable in winter))

Ideally located in the quiet and family-friendly area of Les Bossons, you'll be able to quickly reach the center of Chamonix, as well as Les Houches and also the rest of valley. We want you to enjoy your stay in our wonderful valley at its best and will be happy to make any recommendations you may need.

Your backyard and dinner patio has views of Mnt Blanc and Midi and glaciers. Lots of room for families. The place was spotless

Beautiful chalet with stunning views

You will be happy with this choice. The chalet is new and lovely and and has drop dead gorgeous views of the Bossons glacier from the back yard. The property is managed by a local group that is very responsive. You should be aware that you need a car. The chalet is conveniently located to the Les Bossons highway entrance and it is a short drive to Chamonix, but too long to walk and you need to drive to get groceries and supplies. My only suggestion would be that they should add a few amenities (there were no paper towels or hair conditioner). Some properties provide a welcome gift or bonus amenities like Q-tips in the bathroom. This is certainly not necessary, but would make the overall experience better compared to other stays we have had. In short, this is a great place to stay and we would return.

Wow factor!

What a beautiful chalet with an amazing views of the glaciers and mountains. Lovely neighborhood and easy access to downtown Chamonix! Loved the easy access to hiking and the chalet amenities were fabulous. Thank you for the perfect place for a family gathering!!
